Randy Moreland is the COO, Vice President and co-owner of Sugar Hill Auto Collision. As a successful serial entrepreneur, Randy possesses a strong and natural knowledge of small business and places the customer at the heart of all of the business operations at Sugar Hill Auto Collision. Randy remains laser-focused on a daily basis,driving operations at the shop to ensure the highest quality repair in a timely manner. Randy’s knack for business process allows him to unite the shop team under the same goal of 100% customer satisfaction every time.

Randy is a graduate of Northeast Georgia College. During his free time, Randy enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter doing an array of outdoor activities such as water sports, hiking, hunting and snow skiing. He is a true family man and loves to spend time with his parents, brothers and many nieces and nephews. Randy enjoys serving and giving back to the community through his involvement at the Gwinnett campus of North Point Community Church.

Kevin Moreland is the CEO, President and co-owner of Sugar Hill Auto Collision.  With over 15 years in the auto industry, Kevin has fierce attention to detail and a complete mastery of the collision industry, which set him and his team apart from the competition. From managing the complete repair-process, working cohesively with the insurance company to communicating continuously with the customer, Kevin ensures that the customer always comes first. At Sugar Hill Auto Collision Kevin is accomplished at creating a strong integrated team environment within the shop which in-turn provides a more seamless and enjoyable customer experience.

When Kevin is away from the shop, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons on beautiful Lake Lanier or playing softball with his father and two older brothers. Kevin and his family attend the Browns Bridge campus of North Point Community Church and love to get out and give back to the community. Kevin is a graduate of the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and has always dreamed of serving customers in the auto collision business.
